On Sunday 11 January, from 3.00 to 4.30 pm, families are invited to celebrate La Befana, one of Italy’s most cherished traditions, at the Mossley Hill Hilltop Centre.
The event will offer an engaging programme for children and families, including craft activities, readings, and the arrival of La Befana, who will bring la calza for the children. The afternoon will conclude with a traditional merenda featuring panettone and pandoro, accompanied by live music.
The event is organised by MammaMia and ACLI Liverpool, and is supported by the Liverpool European Partnership. It offers a welcoming opportunity to experience Italian language, culture, and traditions within the local community.
